About Natalie Snooke

I support people to be, and become, their best, beautiful selves.
How I Work
With over 18 years’ of experience, my work brings together leadership coaching, mindfulness facilitation, and the embodied wisdom of yoga and meditation. I work with leaders, business owners, teams and individuals to boldly investigate, quickly get to the heart of stuck patterns, and implement the mindset and behavioural shifts needed for genuine growth and transformation.
Three core values guide all of my work: allowing, alignment and authenticity.
A specialist in self-mastery and the inner dimensions, my coaching integrates somatic (body) awareness, contemplative principles and evidence-based, vertical growth leadership practices.
I’m known for my calm, grounded and heart-centred presence, alongside my capacity to challenge and instil accountability in service of meaningful, lasting change. With curiosity and care, I support people to overcome whatever may be holding them back and to create sustainable changes in their leadership, relationships and life.

Who I Support
My diverse clients include men and women from all walks of life. They include managers, engineers, psychologists, teachers and self-employed business owners, as well as wellness professionals, artists and long-term yoga practitioners. What my clients often share is a desire to become more self-aware, more confident and less stressed. They want to live, work and lead in ways that feel more aligned with who they really are and to have a greater, positive impact on the world around them.
I have a special interest in supporting women to navigate midlife and menopause with greater self-awareness, clarity and courage. I see this stage of life as a powerful opportunity for spiritual growth.
My Path
Before this chapter of my work, I spent 15 years in senior human resource management. I also completed a Bachelor of Business. A deeper personal calling led me to yoga and then to support people more directly and to train as a coach.
Over the years, as my own evolution has unfolded, I have cultivated a body of work that integrates leadership development, somatic awareness and contemplative practice. Everything I share and offer to others I have experienced within my own being.
I’m a certified Transformational Presence Coach, an Enneagram facilitator, a Registered Teacher with Yoga Australia and a Certified Partner with Triple Goal.
Yoga, Meditation and Embodiment
Yoga and meditation are central to how I live and work. As a senior yoga and meditation teacher, I care deeply about what happens with students on the mat. I see it not as exercise or performance, but as a space for cultivating presence and self-understanding.
I hold classes and guide embodied practices that help people slow down, regulate stress, reconnect with themselves, and access their innate intelligence. My work is grounded in self-inquiry and in the subtleties of the heart-mind-body connection. And for many, this becomes an essential doorway into authentic expressions of love, peace and inner freedom.
I’ve been committed to daily yoga and meditation practice since 2005. My path has included the study and practice of Himalayan Tantra, Kriya Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Advaita Vedanta and Theravada Buddhism involving periods of silent vipassana meditation.
I lead retreats and pilgrimages to India and Bali – each one a unique, immersive, cultural and spiritual experience. They invite people to step out of daily momentum, peel away the obstacles to joy and into a deeper relationship with themselves, their life and what matters most.
Business Ownership and Leadership
A significant part of my professional path has also been as a business owner. For 10 years, I owned and directed the Momentum Yoga studio. It became a successful well-being business known for its strong community, authentic teaching and distinctive events.
That experience gave me a lived understanding of leadership in practice. It deepened my understanding not only in supporting people, but in shaping culture, designing meaningful programs, creating trusted client experiences, and sustaining a values-led business over time.
What Grounds and Inspires Me
I was raised on a wheat-sheep farm in Meckering on Noongar country, and that early connection to land still shapes me. I have a deep love of nature, a strong affinity with the Western Australian bush, and deep respect for Aboriginal people and cultures.
What grounds my life now is daily devotional practice, time in nature, and spaces for stillness, reflection and beauty. I’m inspired by yogic chanting, sacred poetry, dance, and the mystery of what it means to live an awakened life.
I’m also guided by a strong commitment to human rights, and by the responsibility we each carry to care for one another and for the Earth. I live near Fremantle and love being part of this vibrant, creative, environmentally-conscious community.
