Radiance of Spring: Sunrise Yoga & Meditation Immersion

Monday 23 – Friday 27 September

Spring Sunrise Meditation and Yoga Immersion

Embrace the vibrant energy of the spring and awaken a fuller relationship with your ‘self’ in this week-long outdoors sunrise yoga immersion.

Experience the profound benefits of an authentic, daily yoga and meditation practice, inspired by teachings from The Radiance Sutras. And enjoy a healthy breakfast jar each day.

In yoga, the time around sunrise is known as Brahma Muhurta, as ‘the time to create yourself.‘ It is the time each day that our mind-body is naturally in the most conducive state for stability, clarity and self-realisation.

We practice outdoors. It’s beautiful on the lawn, beneath the shady trees, in the peaceful garden ambience of St Christopher’s.

Having a daily sunrise practice is awesome. It strengthens our joy, energy and determination to live each day consciously, aligned with our truth and values.

The Radiance Sutras, also known as the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, are some of the earliest teachings on yoga and meditation about the terror and the joy of realising oneness with the soul. It focuses on full-body spirituality and accepting every breath, experience and emotion as doorways to deep and intimate contact with the energies of life.

“There is a space in the heart where everything meets. Come here if you want to find me.” ~ Radiance Sutras 1:49
