Yoga and meditation are founded on the development of self-awareness, including an awareness of your physical and mental capabilities and limitations, and the rate at which those limitations can be gradually overcome through practice. Yoga and meditation is not a replacement for psychotherapy or as a stand-alone treatment for mental illness. You are fully responsible for your own mental and physical wellbeing in applying the given instructions in the practice of yoga and meditation to your own circumstances. Momentum provides instructions to you in the practice of yoga and meditation, strictly on that basis.

Momentum will not accept liability for any injury or loss suffered by you in your yoga or meditation practice, whether during or outside of classes, workshops or retreats.

By ticking the box above, you accept responsibility for informing Momentum about any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or changes to your health that may affect your capacity to practice, prior to a session commencing. You understand that you participate in yoga/meditation at your own risk and accept responsibility for any loss or injury suffered.

On this retreat there will be non-obtrusive photographs taken of retreat participants to be used for promotional purposes, for example on Momentum’s social media and website. By ticking the box above, you give permission for Momentum to photograph you.
